Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Pancreitis, a brand operated by Culani LLC (212 N. 2nd St. Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475, United States). We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order.

Voluntary Right of Return

Pancreitis offers you a 30-day right of return from the date you receive your order. This applies exclusively to items that meet the conditions below.

Return Process

Contact us by email (contact@pancreitis.com) or telephone (+31 61 374 8903) with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive the return instructions by email.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Send the return using a traceable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of the return shipment (the actual shipping costs charged by the selected provider), except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. In those cases, we will reimburse all costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the item. Depending on your bank, the final credit may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Legal Guarantee

Independently of the voluntary right of return, as a consumer you are entitled to the statutory guarantee under the Dutch Civil Code (BW). In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund. The statutory guarantee period is 2 years from the delivery date. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will reimburse the full return costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. The refund will cover the full amount paid for the product.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

As a consumer in the European Union, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the product, without providing a reason and without additional costs (except return costs).

Our voluntary 30-day right of return gives you more than the statutory minimum. The right of withdrawal and our voluntary right of return do not apply cumulatively: the longer right (30 days) applies.

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period via contact@pancreitis.com. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item. In accordance with Article 13(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we may suspend the refund until we have received the returned item; therefore, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the return. If you use our voluntary 30-day right of return, we will process the refund faster (within 5 business days after receipt).

Right of Withdrawal (United Kingdom)

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing a reason. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item; the refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the return. Our voluntary 30-day right of return also applies to customers in the United Kingdom and provides more than this statutory minimum.

In addition, as a UK consumer, you have statutory rights for faulty products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, or refund).
