1. Important Information

Order deadline: 5:00 PM (CET/CEST)
Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday
Transit time: 3–7 business days, Monday–Friday
Total delivery time: 4–9 business days
Shipping costs: Free standard shipping to the Netherlands and the United Kingdom
Shipping area: The Netherlands and the United Kingdom
Delivery service: PostNL (in the United Kingdom, delivery is handled by the local partner, including Royal Mail)

2. Delivery Times

After payment, your order will be processed and packed within 1–2 business days. The expected delivery time after shipment is 3–7 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code that you can use to track your package via the carrier's website or our Track your order page.

4. Shipping Area

We ship to the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Please contact us for shipping to other countries.

5. Delays and Problems

If there are delays or problems with your delivery, you can contact us. We work with our carriers to resolve any issues quickly.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you file a claim and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the EU (the Netherlands), no additional customs charges usually apply.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom: for orders valued up to £135, UK VAT is charged at checkout, and you will not pay any additional costs upon delivery. For orders over £135, import duties and VAT may be charged by UK customs; these costs are the customer's responsibility.
